appointment booking system on lungcare.in.

When you book an appointment online, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, and appointment preference. Payment information (card/UPI/bank details) is collected and processed directly by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers.

We use the information you provide to:
  • Confirm and manage your appointment
  • Contact you regarding your booking (confirmation, rescheduling, or cancellation)
  • Maintain records as required for clinic administration

3. Payment Data

All payment transactions are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not access, view, or store your card number, CVV, UPI ID, or net banking credentials. Razorpay’s own privacy policy governs how they handle this data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
  • With Razorpay, solely for payment processing
  • When required by law or government authority

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

Booking and contact information is retained for as long as necessary for clinic administration and legal/regulatory compliance under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023.
