These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online appointment booking service on lungcare.in, operated by Chhajed Lung Care and Sleep
Centre, a clinic run by Lungcare World LLP (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us”).
1. Booking Fee
By proceeding with an online appointment booking, you agree to pay a non-refundable booking fee of ₹100 as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. This fee secures your appointment and is processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway.
2. Payment Processing
All payments made through this website are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service, available at razorpay.com.
3. Appointment Confirmation
An appointment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the booking fee and receipt of a confirmation message/email from the Clinic.
4. No Medical Advice Online
Booking an appointment through this website does not constitute medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical advice is provided in-person or through consultation as per the Clinic’s standard practice.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate contact and personal details at the time of booking. The Clinic is not responsible for missed appointments due to
incorrect information provided by the patient.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this booking system, except as required by applicable Indian law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
8. Changes to Terms
The Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the booking service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
