Appointment Booking Fee
A booking fee of ₹100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred only) is charged at the time of scheduling an appointment through this website. This fee confirms your appointment with Dr. Prashant N. Chhajed at Chhajed Lung Care and Sleep Centre.
This booking fee is strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
– Cancellation of the appointment by the patient
– Rescheduling of the appointment
– Non-attendance (“no-show”) by the patient
– Failure to complete registration formalities on the day of the visit
The booking fee is charged solely to confirm appointment scheduling and does not constitute payment towards any consultation, diagnostic, or treatment service. Consultation fees, where applicable, are separate and payable at the clinic at the time of the visit.
Rescheduling Requests
Patients wishing to reschedule an appointment may contact the clinic at +91-9920095988 or opd.lungcare@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The original booking fee will not be refunded or adjusted against the new appointment; a fresh booking fee may apply for the rescheduled slot.
Payment Processing Issues
In the event of a technical error resulting in duplicate payment or a failed transaction where the amount was debited but the booking was not confirmed, please contact us at +91-9920095988 or opd.lungcare@gmail.com with your payment reference ID. Such cases will be verified and, if confirmed as a processing error, the duplicate/erroneous amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
